Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now in search of a new Project Manager to join our ever-expanding team in our Belfast office. The successful candidates will be joining the company at a key time as we rollout a number of innovative digital products, including a mobile learning platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, highly specialist company who produce products and services that focus on making people safer, particularly in the digital environment.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of a wide range of projects, including client software projects, internal software projects and major training and consultancy projects. You will work closely with clients and our own teams to ensure that our projects achieve a high standard and all deliverables are in line with the project plan.

The successful candidate will manage our projects throughout their full lifecycle. You will manage project timelines, budgets and scope, producing all relevant documentation and managing cross-discipline team participation.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who will fit effortlessly into our existing team and make a real difference.

Essential Criteria

  • A recognised project management qualification, (e.g. Prince2)

  • A proven track record in the management of a wide range of projects

  • A minimum of 3 years experience

  • Experience in developing sound client relationships

  • Experience of working within an agile environment

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required (often with overnight stays)

  • Excellent presentation skills

Desirable Criteria

  • A computer science, or similar background

  • A good level of technical knowledge

  • Previous experience working on software projects

Pay: £14,000 – £24,000 Pro-rata for part-time dependent upon skills and experience for a 20 to 24 hour week.
