TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment must be received before the conference date in order to secure your place at the conference. We will issue an invoice upon receipt of your booking and payment can be made via BACS or cheque.
CANCELLATIONS confirmed in writing more than 14 days before the conference date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £50.
CANCELLATIONS confirmed in writing up to 14 days before the conference date will incur a charge of half the cost as stated on your invoice. CANCELLATIONS confirmed in writing up to 7 days before the conference date will be charged in full. Ineqe are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.
Whilst it is not policy to refund late cancellations, however under certain circumstances we will issues a credit voucher for any future Ineqe conference, masterclass or training course.
VENUE & REGISTRATION DETAILS will be sent within 14 days of the event date. We cannot be held responsible for non arrival of this information, if you have not received within 7 days of event date, please call us on 028 90 232 060. Ineqe Group Ltd reserve the right to amend programme details at anytime without prior notification.
