What we collect

For our Travel Tracker Application, we gather your geo location in order to share this with the individual or individuals you choose to share your location with. This information will include you present location and the trace of your route since you enabled the application.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Controlling your personal information

Customer Complaint Statement
Ineqe Group and our subsidiaries aim to give an excellent service to all our customers. We want to know when we get things wrong or when our customers are unhappy with the service you have received from us.
When we receive a complaint, we welcome it as an opportunity to improve our relationship with our customers and to improve our services and products. As such, we are happy to hear from our customers when things haven’t gone quite as well as you would expect.

The member of staff who receives the report will try to resolve the issue. If they are unable to, they will refer the matter to our Head of Safeguarding Development.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days. In all cases, you will be given an update within 5 working days from the time of the complaint. If the complaint has not been resolved within 10 working days, a further update will be made to you not later than 10 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a company Director.
We will not share you details with any third parties without your express permission, and even then, only to the extent necessary to resolve the issue.
