Payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Payment can be made via Shopify, BACS or cheque.
Cancellations confirmed in writing more than 14 days before the conference date will be subject to an administration fee of £50.
Cancellations confirmed in writing up to 14 days before the conference date will incur a charge of half the cost of the event fee.
Cancellations confirmed in writing up to 7 days before the conference date will be charged in full.
Delegates who do not attend the event and have failed to comply with the cancellation policy set out above will be charged in full.
INEQE Group Ltd are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.
Whilst it is not policy to refund late cancellations, under certain circumstances we will issue a credit voucher for any of our conferences, masterclasses or training courses.
These will be sent within 14 days of the event date. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information, if you have not received the information within 7 days of the event date, please call us on 028 90 232 060. INEQE Group Ltd reserve the right to amend programme details at any time without prior notification.
Online Events include, but are not limited to, webinars and virtual conferences.
INEQE Group Ltd uses third party online platforms (e.g. Zoom) to host our Online Events. We are not liable for problems that occur as a result of use of such platforms. By registering for an Online Event, you agree to abide by the relevant online providers’ terms and conditions.
In advance of the Online Event, INEQE Group Ltd will either directly share a URL of the meeting (for example, the Zoom meeting) with you or forward the meeting invitation to you.
Online platforms provide INEQE Group Ltd with post-Online Event information on attendee participation and interaction (e.g. attendance, viewing numbers and Q&A and polls data). This data will be used for internal reporting, as well as for the purpose of awarding certificates of attendance.
You understand and agree that temporary interruptions in accessing the Webinars may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of accessing and viewing the Webinars, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control.
Any links to external resources or materials sent by speakers or other attendees via the platform are opened at the attendees’ own risk. We are not liable for any issues occurring from opening these links.
Online Events may be recorded. Where this is the case it will be announced in advance of, and at the beginning of, the Online Event.
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the Webinars, including any information or materials therein, at any time with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the pricing structure, the addition of fee-based services, or changes to the format or schedule of the Webinars. Any new features that augment or enhance the Webinars shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
Fees for Webinars shall be paid at the time of registration and exclusively via the link provided on our site. All fees must be paid in advance of attendance of the Webinars. You agree that you are responsible for the payment of fees of all Webinars registered to, even if you do not attend a purchased Webinar.
