Education and Learning
Officer
With ambitious targets for our business, we are now seeking to hire an Education and Learning Officer.
The Role
As part of our Education and Learning team, you will design and deliver curriculum-aligned safeguarding sessions and resources for children, young people, parents/carers, and the professionals who support them. This includes creating new content for our educational hubs (such as our award-winning Teach Hub) and refreshing existing materials to ensure they remain age-appropriate, inclusive, and evidence-informed. You will work collaboratively across teams and directly with young people to co-design content, gather feedback, and evaluate impact. The role is flexible, with opportunities to contribute to wider safeguarding projects and produce written materials for specific safeguarding purposes. It will particularly suit applicants with experience in safeguarding, education, or teaching.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a strong commitment to our Safeguarding First approach. You will be able to lead projects, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight timelines, ensuring all learning materials are current, credible and developmentally appropriate.

Place of work
This is an office-based role at INEQE Safeguarding Group, Ocean House, 13 Edgewater Road Belfast, BT3 9JQ.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the UK Visas and Immigration scheme.
Hours of work
Normal working for full time staff is 8 hours per day (a working day is 9.00am-5.00pm or other mutual arrangement – there will also be, on occasion, some additional hours including post 5pm and weekend duties as required).
