Child on Child Abuse
Overview
Abuse between children and young people can take many forms – physical, sexual, emotional, and increasingly, online. This course explores the complex dynamics of child-on-child abuse, including how environmental, social, and digital factors contribute to harmful behaviours.
Participants will examine issues such as exposure to pornography, image sharing, and the normalisation of violence in online spaces. The session also highlights the importance of empathy and trusted relationships in preventing abuse and supporting those affected. With practical guidance throughout, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to recognise, respond to, and reduce the risk of abuse between young people.
