Overview
Pornography is more accessible than ever, with young people increasingly exposed to explicit content online. This course examines the pornography of today, how access and content has changed, and the risks this poses to those in your care. Participants will explore the impact of sexual imagery on young people’s development, relationships, and behaviours – both on and offline. The session will also cover how some young people bypass age verification systems, and how social media can exacerbate their exposure to harmful material. With practical tools and up-to-date insights, you’ll be better equipped to safeguard against the risks associated with pornography access.
