Overview
Safer recruitment is a vital part of protecting children, young people, and adults at risk. This training equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to make informed recruitment decisions that deter unsuitable individuals, uphold legal requirements, and strengthen safeguarding culture within their organisation. By the end of the session, participants will feel confident applying safer recruitment practices from the initial planning stage through to induction, ensuring safeguarding is built into every step of the employment cycle.
